FixList provides general property maintenance and repair services, including minor building repairs, cabinets and carpentry, doors and locks, fixtures and fittings, gates, outdoor maintenance such as timberwork and gutters, and a range of practical repairs around residential and commercial properties. FixList is located in Noranda. So we generally work in Perth’s central, northern, and eastern suburbs, however we have worked all over the Metro area. Contact us with your location and what work you need help with and we can see if we can assist.

Yes. FixList is particularly focused on supporting property managers with reliable maintenance and repair services. We understand the importance of clear communication, prompt responses and keeping tenants and owners informed.

Yes. FixList Property Services holds $10 million Public Liability and $10 million Products Liability insurance, with $250,000 cover for property in our custody or control. A Certificate of Currency can be provided on request.

Yes. Small maintenance jobs are an important part of what we do. If you’ve got a list of several minor jobs, we can often address them during the same visit.

Yes. Depending on the job, we can provide a quotation before commencing work. For straightforward minor maintenance, we may instead provide an estimate or proceed at an agreed hourly rate.

We aim to respond promptly to maintenance requests and will advise you of our earliest available appointment. Urgent jobs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. FixList can assist with general maintenance and repairs for suitable commercial properties. Contact us to discuss the type of property and work required.

Yes. Photographs can be provided where appropriate, particularly for property management work where the owner or property manager may not be attending the property.

We will let you know before carrying out additional work that wasn’t originally authorised. For property managers, we can provide photographs and a description of the issue where useful.
